Jost Klopfstein, Partner and Professional Services
After 20 years in the IT industry as a project manager, consultant, team leader, architect and developer for companies such as IBM,
Zurich Financial Services and MediData he co-founded Axos Technologies. He brings his extensive IT know-how and previous experience
in print industry to this new business of dynamic document design and production solutions. Since 1993 he has been involved in the
personalized printing technology, which included writing graphical printer drivers for a resource planning software. Since 1999 he
has focused on XML technologies and has over 10 years experience in application integration. Recently, Jost sponsored a community
project, based on his technology and designed to assist people with disabilities in BC, Canada. Jost holds a Masters degree in
Computer Science from University of Berne, Switzerland.
Gloria A. Joinson, Partner, Operations and Strategy
Co-founder of Axos Technologies focuses on marketing Axos's business and professional services. Prior to launching Axos Technologies,
Gloria served as a Project Manager at the Union Bank of Switzerland, at its Corporate Headquarters in Zurich. In addition, she worked
as a Business Analyst at the UBS Warburg Investment Division, Marketing Manager for Europe at PLC Medical Systems Zug, and Business
Analyst for a software product in Swiss Healthcare. Gloria has an Applied Science Degree and an MBA in International Business. She
is currently on AceTech's Emerging Advisory Board, Vancouver's XML Developers Association board and is Marketing Events Coordinator for the non-profit technology group Wired Woman Society.

Tom's expierience includes ten years with Xerox, co-founder Bedford Software (Simply Accounting), co-founder Richmond Technologies (Maximizer CRM), past VP Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young, past president of Voice Mobility. Lloyd Jones, Senior Document Consultant
Lloyd offers over thirty-five years of information technology experience to clients in electronic digital printing, storage
technologies, project management, systems design, systems installation, performance analysis, training, and systems
management. Following a successful career with IBM, he embarked on an independent consulting career in 1992 providing
document design consulting and development services to clients in Canada and abroad. He joined the Axos
Technologies team to deliver open technology solutions to clients in the customized one-to-one document market place.
