DocWrite DocWrite is a web based document processing solution for enterprises who want to standardize and simplify their personalized business communication. DocWrite enables enterprises to manage the design, creation and distribution of business documents that are semi-standardized and contain variable business data in an easy and straight-forward manner. The solution helps enterprises to harmonize and integrate their semi-standardized document systems with their corporate mass document production system. End users choose a document template from a common library which is merged with dynamic business data from backend systems. Users select text paragraphs from a shared library or add text paragraphs to the document by using a web browser based text editor. The document is then rendered into a PDF or Postscript document. The PDF can be sent directly to the receiver using DocWrite or corporate eMail infrastructure. Barcodes as well as other packaging or sorting instructions may be added to the Postscript print data stream before it is sent to the departmental or corporate printing infrastructure.
