XEP documentation includes four papers for each platform.
Three of these (listed below) are included in every XEP distribution
and available on-line. A fourth paper ("Using XEP in Applications")
is available only in developer and server editions of XEP.

This document contains a full list of all new features, improvements and fixes for each version of XEP since XEP 3.0.
